

AVIKO Grip ’n Dip with leek sauce and smoked paprika

500 g finely chopped leek (both white and green parts)
300-400 ml vegetable stock
100 ml vegan cream
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
salt, pepper
Retsept
Prepare AVIKO Grip 'n Dip according to the instructions on the package.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add leek and fry until soft and change color (5-6 minutes). Add vegetable stock and simmer until reduced by 1/2, add vegan cream, simmer for 5 minutes, add spices and place in a blender, blend until creamy.
