AVIKO Rösti Rondjes Naturel 
600 g of beef
30 g flour 00
30 g extra virgin olive oil
50 g dry white wine
40 g of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese flakes
100 g of arugula
couple of cherry tomatoes
20 g of balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper

Prepare AVIKO Rösti according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the beef into slices and then into thin strips. Put them in a strainer placed above the bowl and sprinkle with flour. Shake the sieve to get rid of excess flour and so that all pieces of meat are evenly coated with it.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat, stirring from time to time, until it becomes crispy. Season with salt and pepper and add the wine. Fry for a few more minutes until you get a creamy consistency.

In the meantime, mix the previously washed arugula, pepper, salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a bowl.

Put the Rösti pancakes on a plate and place the arugula, fried meat and halved tomatoes on top. Decorate with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese flakes.
